Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with FOCUSZ. If something is not right, you can request a refund within 14 days of your original payment, subject to the conditions below.
1. 14-day refund window
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the date we receive your payment. Requests submitted after the 14-day window has closed are not eligible for a refund.
2. What is eligible
The 14-day guarantee applies to fees paid directly to FOCUSZ for our design, development, SEO, and marketing services, including deposits and package purchases, provided that:
- The request is made within 14 days of the original payment.
- Work delivered up to the refund request date has not been published, launched, or handed over for production use.
- You have not received a substantial portion of a fixed-scope deliverable (for example, a completed website, a shipped mobile app build, or a delivered campaign creative package).
3. What is not eligible
- Third-party costs paid on your behalf, such as domain registrations, hosting, paid media spend, stock assets, plugins, licences, or subscriptions.
- Completed and delivered milestones that have already been approved or put into use.
- Retainer hours that have already been performed during the current billing cycle.
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after payment.
4. Partial refunds
If work has started but no completed milestone has been delivered, we will refund the balance of your payment after deducting hours already worked at the rate stated in your proposal or statement of work, and any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@focusz.studio from the address on file for your project. Please include your invoice or order number, the payment date, and a short note about why you would like a refund. This helps us improve.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the credit to appear on your statement.
7. Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly and directly. Unwarranted chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of work delivered.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The ‘Last updated’ date at the top reflects the current version, which applies to payments made on or after that date.
